Wood County Juvenile Detention Center. Cost is $80.00 per day and the
agreement is in affect thru December 31, 2010.

IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2010 (HILTY MEMORIAL HOME PROJECT) OF THE COUNTY OF
PUTNAM, OHIO, IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $4,500,000;
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE AND SUBLEASE IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A TRUST
INDENTURE TO SECURE SUCH SERIES 2010 BONDS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A TAX
REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO SAID SERIES
2010 BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN
