Mr. Schroeder   moved to approve the agreement for the housing of juveniles in the  Wood County Juvenile Detention Center. Cost is $80.00 per day and the agreement is in affect thru December 31, 2010.

A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY OF AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF ADJUSTABLE RATE DEMAND HEALTH CARE FACILITIES REVENUE REFUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2010 (HILTY MEMORIAL HOME PROJECT) OF THE COUNTY OF PUTNAM, OHIO, IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $4,500,000; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE AND SUBLEASE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A TRUST INDENTURE TO SECURE SUCH SERIES 2010 BONDS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A TAX REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO SAID SERIES 2010 BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THE SERIES 2010 BONDS.

WHEREAS, The Board of  County Commissioners deems it necessary to advertise for sealed bids for the purchase of  medical cache supplies  for the Putnam County Office of Public Safety.

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED,  Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Board of County Commissioners until 9:30 a.m. on the 25th   day of February, 2010, at which time they will be publicly read aloud  for the purchase of medical cache supplies for the Putnam County Office of Public Safety.

and be it further

RESOLVED, Specifications are on file and can be obtained through the Putnam County Office of Public Safety.

and be it further

RESOLVED,  All bids must be accompanied by a  10% bid bond either in the form of a certified check or a letter of credit.

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners reserve unto themselves the right to reject any and all bids submitted, to waive any irregularities in any bid and to accept any bid it deems in the best interest of the county.
