Mr. Jerwers that to provide for the unanticipated revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010, the following sums be and the same are hereby appropriated for the purpose for which expenditures are to be made during the fiscal year as follows:

Commissioners Love, Schroeder and Jerwers and met with Village of Ottawa Jason Phillips and Doug Schroeder regarding a flow meter for Sewer District No. 1.

10:00 a.m.

Agenda. Present were commissioners Love, Schroeder and Jerwers, assistant clerk Cindy Landwehr and Jim Maurer of the Courier.

11:30 a.m.

Commissioners Love, Schroeder and Jerwers attended the safe and drug fee coalition meeting at the Educational Service Center.

Mr. Jerwers moved that the minutes be approved as read. Mr. Schroeder
