Greg Luersman of the Soil
& Water Conservation District, met with commissioners Jerwers and Love concerning David Birkemeier who cut down trees along
the Ottawa River. Mr. Birkemeier cleared a section of the river and left the
trees therefore creating a possibility for stopping the flow of water and the
potential to cause damage to crops, etc.
