Mr. Love moved to approve proposal #
10P03216 for engineering &
surveying services in connection with the inflow/infiltration removal from
Sewer District No. 1. Maximum cost is $5,000.00. The agreement is
with Feller, Finch & Assoc.

moved that to provide for the unanticipated revenues for the fiscal year

Mike Schroth, dog warden,
met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love regarding a certificate of
adoption that needs to be completed when people adopt a dog.
10:10 a.m. – 10:25 a.m.
Leroy Barnhart met with
commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love regarding the Liebrecht Ditch. He said he thought they were going to make
it wider.

11:15 a.m.
Tracy Warnecke met with the
commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love.
Jessica Trinko and Brenda Bruce were also present. They discussed the options of having a drop
box available to the general public to use for payment options for taxes, water
billing, and sewer billing and also discussed the other option of allowing
residents to automatic pay (ACH).
Mr. Love moved that the minutes be approved as
read. Mr. Jerwers seconded the motion and the
