Mr. Jerwers moved to approve the contract for purchase of publicly funded child care services between Job & Family Services  and the following:

Something Special Learning Center, Findlay, July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010

Mr. Jerwers  moved to approve the child placement and related services contract between Job & Family Services and the Marsh Foundation in Van Wert.  Contract is effective June 23, 2009 thru June 22, 2010.

Mr. Love moved to approve the subgrant agreement between Job & Family Services and the Putnam County Educational Service Center for the year round WIA youth program.

Mr. Love   moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, The Putnam County Job & Family Services has requested that an appropriation line be established in Fund 003, Children Services and  Fund 006, Job & Family Services.

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby request the Putnam County Auditor to add the following appropriation line to Fund 003, Children Services:

   SS 5ASTIM - Foster care maint

and be it further

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby request the Putnam County Auditor to add the following appropriation line to Fund 006, Job &  Family Services:

                                                   H5 FSSTIM – Federal food stamp

Martin Schroeder, auctioneer, met with commissioners Schroeder and Love. Mr. Schroeder set the date for next year’s auction, if needed, other wise will wait till 2011. Auction date next year will be May 22, 2010. Mr. Schroeder brought in the results of the auction.
