following Resolution:
WHEREAS, The Clerk gave notice to the Board this date of the
Engineer’s completed survey and
estimate of the construction area for the Roger Landin Single County Ditch #937 project.
and
WHEREAS, The proposed project
commences in Section 16, Jackson Twp.,
Putnam County, Ohio, at a point approximately 1800 ft. West of the center of
Section 16, Jackson Twp. on the North side of Rd. O-22; thence downstream along
the course of the ditch through Sections 16 & 9, Jackson Twp. to the
junction of the Robert Horstman Ditch and there terminate. Previous record – Louis Grote Dt. (Rec.
52-134).

therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 1st day of
October, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. in the General Assembly Room of the Putnam
County Court House, Ottawa, Ohio, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for the final hearing on the proposed improvement.

Columbus Day this year and have the day off after Thanksgiving.
