WHEREAS, This 16th day of April, 2009, the Clerk of this Board
gave notice to the Board of County
Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, on the filing with her of a petition
signed by Ray Clevenger and others to
clear brush and excavate open ditch to proper size and depth.
and
WHEREAS, It appears to the Board that the proper bond has
been filed with the Clerk, approved, conditioned for the payment of costs of
notices, plus any other incidental expenses, except the costs incurred by the
Engineer in making his preliminary reports, if the prayer of the petition is
not granted, or if the petition is for any cause dismissed, unless the Board
decides to pay the Engineer's costs from the bond in accordance with Section
6131.09 of the Ohio Revised Code.

and cost effective operation.

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby approve for Putnam County Job and Family Services the following: Administrative Assistant Supervisor position with new Classification Number: 10133, and new Position Control Number: 11020.0 be assigned with corresponding probationary period and pay range thirty one (31) to correspond with other similar supervisory positions.

Jason Philips of Ottawa, met
with commissioners Schroeder and Love and said in process of renewing the NPDES
permit with EPA. One whole section has everything to do with storm water, they
are having meeting at BG tomorrow to discuss this. Travis said he will go with
the Village to the Bowling Green meeting which begins at 11 a.m.

Carl Gerten met with
commissioners Schroeder and Love and discussed the 8” tile that he had repaired
on the county farm.
