unanticipated revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009, the

8:45 a.m.
Jessica Trinko met with
Commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love.
A discussion about the Historical Society meeting held April 27 at
7PM. Commissioner Love requested
information about the 15% cut in allocations.
Commissioner Jerwers responded that President Balbaugh requested in
writing that we would never reduce their funds. Commissioner Schroeder stated that we could not guarantee future
funding. Also discussed whether or not
Commissioners Jerwers was in favor of the Boards position on the Boards 15%
internal cuts. Commissioner Jerwers
stated that he was still in agreement.
Jessica asked Commissioner Jerwers if at this meeting he proposed the
idea of eliminating the Administrator’s position. Commissioner Jerwers stated that was not his comment, that
Historical Society Trustee Paul Schimmoeller proposed it. Commissioner Schroeder spoke of the need
for an Administrator and asked Commissioner Jerwers if he had any intentions of
eliminating the position of Administrator and he stated no, it was brought up
by Mr. Schimmoeller.
9:10 a.m. -
Dave Perkey and Keith Alt
met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love and administrator Jessica
Trinko regarding Sewer District No. 1 usage fees.
10:00 a.m. – 10: 50 a.m.
Beth Doster, wife of Mark Doster sheriff’s employee, met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers
and Love and administrator Jessica Trinko and Melinda from sheriff’s office
regarding e-mail commissioners received.
10:45 a.m. –11:00 a.m.
Melinda said wanted to check
into natural gas cost, is that a fixed rate
Can get fixed rate for 3
years. Terri Mercer-sheriff’s sister.
Can get 6 something.

product. Jessica said we signed a
contract because guy said could not match through the CCAO group rate. Melinda
said have to pay distribution thru Dominion.
