Mr. Love   moved that to provide for the unanticipated revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009, the following sums be and the same are hereby appropriated for the purpose for which expenditures are to be made during the fiscal year as follows:

Commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love attended the elected officials meeting hosted by treasurer Tracy Warnecke in the lunch room.

 

9:30 a.m.

Gary Suever and representative of AFLAC  and Sandy Meyer of Fawcett, Lammon, Recker met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love and administrator Jessica Trinko regarding the upcoming meetings regarding flexible spending (payroll deduction)

 

10:00 a.m.

Agenda. Present were commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love,  clerk Betty Schroeder and Tom Jeffreys of the Sentinel and Jim Maurer of the Courier.

 

10:30 a.m.

Aflac meetings for employees were held in the assembly room at 10:30, 2:30 and 6 p.m.

 

11:00 a.m.

Bids for recycling containers were opened with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love in attendance and Jim Maurer of the Courier.

2:00 p.m. – 2:50 p.m.

Jeff Loehrke of Ottawa and Dr. Jan Osborn of ESC met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love regarding rapid response monies that is available thru Job & Family Services to train people laid off from Woods. Kim Diamond and Suzy Wischmeyer from Job & Family Services were also present.

 

3:00 p.m. – 3:25 p.m.

Steve Odenweller, Office of Public Safety, met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love regarding several issues.
