Mr. Love moved to approve the retirement incentive plan of the Putnam County Commissioners, Child Support Enforcement Agency. The plan shall begin on October 1, 2009 and terminate on September 30, 2010.

Sheriff……………..Travel for Deputy Kevin Siefker to attend “recertification taser 26 & advanced taser M26 instructor course” at Ft. Shawnee Police Dept. Aug. 10, with P.O. for $140.00;

 

Mr. Schroeder moved to table this travel as  CORSA may offer this at a lower cost.

9:00 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.

Kim Diamond of Job & Family Services and Keith Kahle of Child Support Enforcement Agency met with commissioners Schroeder,  Jerwers and Love and administrator Jessica Trinko concerning plans to combine CSEA and J & FS.

Schroeder said meeting to talk about possibilities of buy-out.

 

10:00 a.m.

Agenda. Present were commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love, and clerk Betty Schroeder.  Also present was John Maurer of The Courier.

 

10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

Dick Koslowski gave commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love the quarterly report on the Blanchard Watershed Partnership. He is president of the Blanchard Watershed Partnership.

 

1:30 p.m.

The investment meeting was held with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love present as well as treasurer Tracy Warnecke and auditor Bob Benroth.

 

2:00 p.m.

The exit conference with the state auditors was held with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love in attendance, as well as administrator Jessica Trinko; treasurer Tracy Warnecke; auditor Bob Benroth; deputy auditors Jeanne Selhorst and Kim Nordhaus.

 

3:40 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Barb Diemer and Melida Bockrath met with commissioners Schroeder and Love and stated we are not fully represented regarding the Board of Elections because of Lyle McKanna’s dismissal on the Board.
