Commissioner Schroeder hosted the elected officials meeting held in the
lunch room. Commissioners Jerwers and Love also attended.
10:30 a.m. – 11:25 a.m.
Sherri Newman of Putnam Pet Pals met with
commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love. Also present was Mike Schroth, dog
warden. Mrs. Newman discussed several issues.
11:30 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.
Commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love met
with Joe Burkhart and Chad Irwin. Also
present was administrator Jessica Trinko.
Jessica said Joe and her met with Chad yesterday, about part-time
computer position.
11:50 a.m. –12:00
Ralph Schnipke met with commissioners Schroeder,
Jerwers and Love and asked how much the CIC received. He said I want to see
what the commissioners office gives CIC.
12:10 p.m.
Agenda. Present were
commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love; administrator Jessica Trinko and
clerk Betty Schroeder.
12:25 p.m.
Terry Dockery and
councilman from Continental, met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers
and Love. He discussed the possibility of getting more funds for housing the
EMS vehicles. Currently get $3,500, did not get increase in at least 10 years.
1:00 p.m. –
Commissioners Schroeder,
Jerwers and Love journeyed to Leipsic to view a potential recycling site. They
were accompanied by administrator Jessica Trinko and Brenda Bruce.
3:10 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Ottawa Township Trustees Carl Rieman, Jim Leopold and
Mel Lammers; Attorney Mike Borer, Jerry Dillinger who resides on Ottawa Drive,
Audrey Verhoff adjoining property owner; engineer Terry Recker and prosecutor
Gary Lammers met with commissioners Schroeder, Jerwers and Love regarding a
parcel in Ottawa Drive.

read. Mr. Schroeder seconded the motion and the
