FOR RECYCLING CONTAINERS

RESOLUTION

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 1st day of December, 2009, at the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder, Mr. Travis A. Jerwers and Mr. John E. Love.

Mr. Love moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, This is the date set for the opening of sealed bids for the purchase of four (4) steel rectangular recycling containers.

and

WHEREAS, The following bid was received:

Industrial Millwright Services, LLC, 8172 Twp. Rd. 14, Ottawa, Ohio 45875

Bid Deposit………….Cashier’s check in the amount of $2,097.00

Amount of Bid………$20,970.00

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The bid is tabled for further review.

Mr. Schroeder seconded the motion and the roll being called upon its adoption, the vote resulted as follows: Mr. Love yes Mr. Jerwers yes Mr. Schroeder yes
