RESOLUTION

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 25th day of February, 2010, at the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. John E. Love, Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder and Mr. Travis A. Jerwers.

Mr. Jerwers moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, This is the date set for the opening of sealed bids for the purchase of medical cache supplies for the Office of Public Safety.

and

WHEREAS, The following bid was received:

Bound Tree Medical, P.O. Box 8023, Dublin, Ohio 43016

Bid deposit…………………..None received

Total bid amount………….. $16,237.89

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby table the bid for review by Steve Odenweller of the Office of Public Safety.

Mr. Schroeder seconded the motion and the roll being called upon its adoption, the vote resulted as follows: Mr. Jerwers yes Mr. Schroeder yes Mr. Love yes
