            The Board of  County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 25th day of August, 2009, at the office of said Board with the following members present:      Mr.  Vincent T. Schroeder, Mr. Travis A. Jerwers and Mr. John E. Love.

            Mr. Jerwers   moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

         

  WHEREAS,  This is the date set for the opening of sealed bids for the Sylvester Liebrecht Ditch  #927.

and

          WHEREAS,  Bids were received from the following:

now therefore, be it

             RESOLVED,  The bids for the improvement are hereby tabled for further study and calculation by the  Putnam County Engineer, engineers for the project.

and be it further

                RESOLVED,  It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board concerning and relating to the adoption of the Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Board, and that all deliberations of this Board and of any of its Committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
