OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

R E S 0 L U T I 0 N

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 24th day of November, 2009, at the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder, Mr. Travis A. Jerwers and Mr. John E. Love.

Mr. Jerwers moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, Shea Nichol’s term as a member of the Putnam County Board of Developmental Disabilities will expire on the 31^st day of December, 2009.

and

WHEREAS, The superintendent of the Putnam County Board of Developmental Disabilities has recommended Ms. Nichols for re-appointment.

now therefore be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby re-appoint Shea Nichols, 113 Sophia Lane. Ottawa, Ohio, to a four year term from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2013.
