The
Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on
the 30th day of July, 2009, at the office of the Henry County Board of
Commissioners with the following
members present: Mr. Love, Mr.
Schroeder and Mr. Jerwers of Putnam County and Mr. Von Deylen, Mr. Hastedt of
Henry County.
Mr.
Von Deylen moved the adoption of the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has been informed that the maintenance
funds have depleted in the Royal Main Joint Co. Ditch #732.
and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to collect maintenance on the Royal Main
Ditch between Putnam County and Henry County.
now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby agree to collect
maintenance for on the Royal Main Joint Co. Ditch #732 on the 2009 tax
duplicate.
and be it further
RESOLVED, That it is found and determined that all
formal actions of this Board concerning and relating to the adoption of this
Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Board, and that all
deliberations of this Board and any of its committees that resulted in such
formal action, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal
requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Mr. Love seconded the motion and the roll being
called upon its adoption, the vote resulted as follows: Mr. Vincent Schroeder
yes; Mr. Travis Jerwers yes; Mr. John Love yes-Putnam County; Mr. Richard C. Myers absent, Mr. Thomas Von Deylen yes and Mr. Robert E.
Hastedt yes.
