IN THE MATTER OF THE ORGANIZATION

OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

PUTNAM COUNTY, OHIO

R E S 0 L U T I 0 N

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 12th day of January, 2010, at the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder and Mr. John E. Love.

The matter of organizing the Board of County Commissioners for the year 2010 was taken up. Mr. Schroeder moved that Mr. Love serve as chairman of the Board for the year 2010, which motion was seconded by Mr. Love. The vote was: Mr. Schroeder yes; Mr. Love yes.

Mr. Love moved that Mr. Schroeder serve as vice-chairman of the Board for the year 2010, which motion was seconded by Mr. Schroeder. The vote was: Mr. Love yes; Mr. Schroeder yes.

Mr. Schroeder moved that Betty Schroeder of Putnam County, Ohio,

serve as Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, and this motion was seconded

by Mr. Love. The vote was: Mr. Love yes; Mr. Schroeder yes; Mr. Jerwers absent
